Hopkinton Community Partnership is committed to establishing a vibrant and supportive community through our collaborative initiatives. Together, we make a powerful impact and improve the quality of life for every resident of Hopkinton.
The Hopkinton Community Partnership is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in June of 2019 to improve the diverse needs of Hopkinton.
The Hopkinton Community Partnership (HCP)

is an independent philanthropy whose mission is to improve the diverse needs of the Hopkinton Community, it's individuals, and families through grant opportunities and funding. The partnership supports community-based education driven programs as well as individuals and families in Hopkinton who are in need. We are a grant maker and convener working to provide resources, information, ideas and advocacy for community support.

Founder and President
Heather Smith is the Founder and President of the Hopkinton Community Partnership! With a passion for service, she has actively contributed to numerous Boards in the community and dedicates her time to schools and local initiatives.
When she's not making a difference in the community, Heather shines as the Chief People Officer and Vice President of Broker and HR Strategy at a cutting-edge HR Communications and Digital Media firm.
A proud Hopkinton resident for over 20 years, Heather is happily married and a devoted mom to two wonderful daughters. In her free time, she loves to create lasting memories with her family and friends!
